We have two big weather stories today. First, the windy and dry conditions continue as do the Red Flag Warnings for the state. Gusts could reach 45mph today and 55mph+ for Friday. This will make fire behavior wild and erratic at the current fires, and will allow any new fires to grow quickly. We also see a cool down in the works as well. Today we see a high of 97, Friday should be close to 95 and finally we top out near 85 for Saturday. This is cooler than normal and we should stay that way until Monday. Memorial day should still be nice with a high of 98 and we get back to 100+ by Tuesday.
