Weather Plus Valley forecast

DAILY FORECAST

Happy Friday! Very windy conditions and showers will develop today as a strong fall system barrels into the state. Expect blowing dust and low visibility around the Valley this afternoon. Rain will move in early this evening and will increase with a chance of thunderstorms and heavy rain through the night. Snow levels in the High Country will lower to 5000 feet and we could see anywhere from 4-8 inches of snow. In the Valley we could see up to .25 inches of rain and .50 in the higher elevations surrounding the Valley. Showers will taper off on Saturday AM here in Phoenix then the next big story will be the dramatic cool down as highs drop into the low 60s. Lows will fall to the 30's and 40's! Another system will bring cool weather and another shot at a few showers on Sunday. Stay cool and stay tuned to the 12 news weather center for all developing news on this latest storm.
