Thomas, Aubuchon to appeal ruling on lack of immunity Former Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas and his deputy Lisa Aubuchon have filed notice in U.S. District Court that they intend to appeal a judge's ruling that they do not enjoy absolute prosecutorial immunity against lawsuits for actions they took while in office.
