The storm will be filling in, with more rain and snow chances overnight. It's been a very long day of wind and dust as the storm has been moving very slowly off the coast of California. Expect the wind to stay strong until 11pm in N. Arizona and breezy in the valley until then as well. The dust should settle out after the storm moves through. The rain chances are low in the Valley but we might see a sprinkle overnight. Better chances exist in higher elevations North and East of the Valley, where a brief shower could pop up. Snow chances look great and we see 3-8" potential down to 3,500' very early Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon most of the precip will kick out the the East and we see a long dry trend through next weekend.
