This should be a very quiet week with above normal temps and sunny skies. We see a large and strong area of high pressure keep the numerous Pacific Northwest storms at bay. This means we see a slight rise in temps to the low 80s and stay there through Friday. The only tricky part of the weekday forecast will be cloud cover. There are so many storms North of us that it's fair to assume that some high clouds will drift over the ridge of high pressure and change things up a bit, but that's about it. 80s until Friday...pretty dead simple if you ask me. The weekend forecast is where we see the more substantial changes. We see the ridge break down eventually and it looks like Saturday is when we see clouds and cooler temps take over and at least a slight chance for rain on Sunday and Monday. It is a fair bit away, but the computer models have liked this scenario for several days now so it's looking better and better for a pattern change.
