Our forecast is for mostly sunny skies before winds kick up Sunday. Our next storm will bring rain and snow to the High Country but very little of either, and only snow at very high elevations. This next storm looks like more bark than bite. It is lacking some moisture and the path should take the core North of the state and give Arizona only a glancing blow. We see clouds fill in late Sunday with winds up to 30mph for S. Arizona and gusts up to 50mph for N. Arizona. Overnight into Monday we see rain/snow showers for N. AZ and the precip missing south of the Rim. Look for flurries and little to no accumulation down to 8,000 ft. This will leave most communities with rain instead of snow. Monday we see the storm move out and only sunny skies and warming conditions. Look for 70s on Monday and Tuesday, then 80s by Wednesday in the Valley.
