Arizona lawmakers OK booster-seat bill

Arizona lawmakers OK booster-seat bill House Bill 2154, sponsored by Rep. Nancy McLain, R-Bullhead City, would require children ages 5-7 who are shorter than 4 feet 10 inches to be in a child-restraint system. If Gov. Jan Brewer signs the measure, Arizona would join 47 other states that have similar laws.
